President/CEO – Brian Francis
Mr. Francis graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Physics and a Minor in Mathematics from Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma in 1992 and a Master of Arts Degree in Public Administration and a Minor in Computer Science from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas in 2008. Mr. Francis worked in the Fiberglass Piping Industry from 1992 until 2000 holding positions ranging from Chemist to Customer Service Manager to Process Control Manager. During this phase of his career, Mr. Francis specialized in the development of Continuously Wound Fiberglass Pipe. Since 2000, Mr. Francis has held various positions within the HVAC Manufacturing Industry including Manufacturing Engineer, Maintenance Manager, Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager, and Manufacturing Manager. He has completed projects including the development of manufacturing lines, development of manufacturing methods, development of microprocessor based automated unit testing equipment, and development of various pieces of software and databases for everything from order entry systems to machine control. Mr. Francis is well versed in Lean Manufacturing having driven improvements in sheet metal fabrication efficiency from the 75% range to over 115% through employee development, implementation of Single Piece Flow processes, equipment layout improvements, and driving machine capabilities to near Six Sigma levels.
Board of Directors - Secretary – Dan Keown
Mr. Keown graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas in 1968. Mr. Keown served in the United States Navy from 1956 until 1960. After serving in the Navy, he worked on the development of the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System, the USFS American Mariner, and Pacific Range Electromagnetic Signature Study for RCA Service Company Government Services Division. These projects gave Mr. Keown a solid background in the use of microprocessor based computations for the analysis of performance data. Starting in 1969, Mr. Keown began a thirteen year career with Braniff International Airways piloting Boeing 727, 707, and 747 aircraft as well as the McDonnell Douglas DC8 on routes in South America, Asia, and Europe. Since retiring from Braniff, Mr. Keown has been an owner of multiple business endeavors including commercial construction, insurance adjusting, and air conditioning performance monitoring. His experience in air conditioning performance monitoring led to a patent for the determination of filter condition in 2005.

Mr. Rosentreter graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Chicago Technical College in Chicago, Illinois in 1963 and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan in 1966. Mr. Rosentreter served in the Michigan Army National Guard from 1957 until 1966. Mr. Rosentreter's work history includes Corning Glass Works, Ciba-Geigy, Ameron Fiberglass Pipe Division, and United Electric Company, LP. Mr. Rosentreter gained nearly 43 years of manufacturing experience in scoreboards, laboratory glassware and highly engineered fiberglass composite manufacturing. Positions held include Manufacturing Supervision, Plant Management, Quality Management, and Art Department Management. Mr. Rosentreter's most recent experience was in the management of quality for an HVAC manufacturing facility operated by Carrier. Projects included the improvement of unit performance consistency and starting the process of ISO9001 certification.
